Making products unavailable can be done three ways
- Using Online Products in Kounta Lightspeed If you only have one menu for all locations, you can make products unavailable in Online Products.
- Site products in Kounta Lightspeed - If you have multiple locations, you can make products unavailable at a particular location. This will also make products unavailable in store.
- Using LOKE tags - Ideal for making products unavailable in individual stores in LOKE, but leaving them online in store.
How to make a product unavailable using Online Products in Kounta Lightspeed
- Open your Kounta Lightspeed Back Office
- Navigate to Products in the left hand menu, then Online Products in the horizontal menu
- Select Modify
- Choose the categories or products you would like to hide in your app and untick them in the Show Online column on the right hand side
- The changes should pull through immediately. Hard close your app and re-open the menu
- If the changes do not pull through, open LOKE office, go to the menu, Location > select the correct location > Ordering and hit Resync at the bottom of the configuration page
