Description: The Birthday Promotion is a fantastic way for you to engage with your customers by incentivising them to enter in their DOB in their profile and then be eligible to redeem tailored birthday promotions. The set up is just LOKE creating a dedicated list with the parameters being around a customers birthday and from there we can use this list to tailor whatever 

Step 1: Request to have the birthday promotion installed for your business by contacting LOKE support (support@loke.global) or by contacting your Account Manager. Please ensure you answer the following when requesting this promotion...

Days before birthday when promotion is available:*

Days after birthday when promotion is available:*

*We suggest 14 days before and after to make it the whole month. If you'd like it to be only for a fortnight then you can do 7 days before and after.
Reward Customer will receive from promotion:
