At anytime, you can process a refund for a customer payment that's been made using your app.
To process a refund:
- Log In to your Merchant Dashboard Payment Gateway
- From the left hand side menu, select Transactions > Purchases
- Find the specific transaction you want (i.e use the customer's surname in the Search box)
- Click on the Transaction ID to view transaction in detail
- Tap the Setting icon in the top right corner
- Select Refund
