How to process a refund from your Payment Gateway (FZ)?

At anytime, you can process a refund for a customer payment that's been made using your app.

To process a refund:

  1. Log In to your Merchant Dashboard Payment Gateway
  2. From the left hand side menu, select Transactions > Purchases 
  3. Find the specific transaction you want (i.e use the customer's surname in the Search box)
  4. Click on the Transaction ID to view transaction in detail
  5. Tap the Setting icon in the top right corner 
  6. Select Refund
