If you know there have been some changes (i.e new promotions are available, new stores added) but these are not being reflected in your mobile app the quickest approach is 'forcing' the app to refresh. Simply 'swipe' the app closed and then open again; this causes the app to completely stop and then 'talk' back to the server to request new information.
Most of the time the app will do this automatically, however there is no harm in doing this yourself. This will have no impact on your points or credit balance.
