TeamViewer is small software tool that you install from the internet and allows our Support Team to install the required payment app on your POS for the Pay in-Store payments.
This will only take 5 minutes to complete and must be down on each individual POS terminal.
Installation
- Quit the POS software
- Go to: TeamViewer
- Download TeamViewer for your device
- Open the download file and complete the install process (i.e. Run)
- Open the TeamViewer application
Set your logins
Once the TeamViewer application is on on your screen please:
- Take note of your unique ID; and
- Set the 'Personal Password'
This information needs to be handed to our Support Team. Please email the following details to: Help Desk
- Your Name:
- Store Name:
- Teamviewer ID:
- Teamviewer Password:
- Date and time they can access the devices
You will also need to leave the devices on for the team to access the devices to install the software.
