How do customers earn reward points?

Customer's can earn reward points though a number of different activities:

  • An activity promotion (i.e Check in for 100 points)
  • Buy an in-app promotion (i.e $10 Lunch special)
  • Spend with the app in-store
  • Receive a gift of points (i.e 100 complimentary points for new members)
  • Enter a code for a gift of points

When customers buy an offer in the app or pay in-store with the app, they earn 10 reward points for every $1 they spend. Points are awarded once they confirm the purchase in-app or complete the transaction with staff at the POS. The number points they receive as a gift or for completely an activity (i.e. a check-in) is set when the promotion is created in Tidy Office.
