LOKE Manager now gives you the ability to authenticate a new session yourself using your registered store email address.
If your LOKE Manager session has expired, you will be given two options to sign back in.
Option 1 — Create a New Session and Contact LOKE Support
If you would prefer LOKE Support to authenticate the session for you:
Click Create a new session.
LOKE Manager will generate a new Authentication Code.
Call LOKE on (219) 336 8099 and provide them with the code on your screen
Once the session has been approved, the page will automatically sign you back into LOKE Manager.
Authentication Code Screen
The screen will display your Authentication Code, which can be copied and shared with LOKE Support.
Please note: The Authentication Code expires after 3 hours. If it expires before it has been approved, create a new session to generate another code.
Option 2 — Email Sign-In
You can now authenticate the LOKE Manager session yourself, without needing to contact LOKE Support.
Step 1 — Enter Your Store Email
Enter the email address registered with LOKE.
For Jet's Pizza stores, the store email will normally be:
store(storeID)@jetspizza.com
For example:
Store ID: 123
Email: store123@jetspizza.com
Once you have entered the registered email address, click Send one-time code.
Step 2 — Check Your Email
LOKE will send a 6-digit one-time code to the registered email address.
Check the store's email inbox and copy the 6-digit code.
Step 3 — Enter Your One-Time Code
Return to the LOKE Manager sign-in screen.
- Enter the 6-digit code into the One-time code field.
- Click Verify and continue.
- If the code is correct, the session will be authenticated and you can continue using LOKE Manager.
Email Verification Screen
The screen will show the Email and One-time code fields, along with the Verify and continue button.
Has Your Code Expired?
If you see Code has expired, click Resend code.
A new 6-digit code will be sent to your registered email address.
Make sure you use the newest code you receive.
Not Receiving the Code?
If you don't receive the email:
- Check that you entered the correct store email address.
- Check the email account's spam/junk folder.
- The email address may not currently be registered with LOKE.
If the email address isn't registered, you can click create a new session and use Option 1 to have LOKE Support manually authenticate the session.
If you would like a different email address registered for your store, contact LOKE Support and let us know which email address you would like enabled.
Once registered, that email address can be used for self-authentication in the future.
Which Option Should I Use?
Option 2 — Email Sign-In is the quickest option if you have access to the store's registered email address. You can authenticate the LOKE Manager session yourself without waiting for Support.
If you cannot access the registered email address or the email is not registered with LOKE, use Option 1 — Create a New Session and send the generated Authentication Code to LOKE Support for manual authentication.
