LOKE supports third-party analytics tools to help you track how customers are interacting with your app. This article covers the supported providers, what's tracked, and how to set up in LOKE.
Supported Providers
LOKE currently supports the following analytics providers:
- Google Analytics (via Tag ID)
- Google Ads / Google Floodlight (via Tag ID)
- Meta Pixel (via Pixel ID)
NOTE: Third-party analytics are only available in regions that do not require cookie consent popups.
What Gets Tracked
Currently the following key events are reported

In-app purchases will continue to be tracked through LOKE's embedded ordering.
Important: Configuration Changes Take 24 Hours
Any changes to your analytics settings — including enabling, disabling, or updating an ID — will take approximately 24 hours to take effect.
Setting Up
You'll need to supply your own Meta or Google ID. Once you have it, provide it to your LOKE Account Manager or email support@loke.global to get it added to your configuration.
Please note that LOKE is not able to assist with setting up your Google Analytics or Meta account. If you need help locating your ID or configuring your account, please reach out to Google or Meta directly.
The tag for Google should look similar to this: G-12ABC345D, however there may be more letters at the start depending on the platform the tag is coming from.
