When accessing LOKE Manager on Microsoft Edge, on the Windows PC platform, if you encounter this error below:
It means that your temporary internet files and cookies have been deleted and your browser doesn't remember your the authentication details for your login session to LOKE Manager anymore.
In order to troubleshoot this issue and get logged back into LOKE Manager, please take the following steps.
- Go to the three dots on top horizontal bar on your LOKE Manager program and you'll see the following screen:
- Click on 'App settings'
- You'll see the following screen once you click it:
- Please click on the plus sign on top to open a new tab.
- In the new browser tab, please write the following URL: jets.lokeapp.com and click enter
- Once you click enter, you'll get an authentication code similar to the one shown in the picture below:
- Once you do, please reach out to our support experts via LIVE CHAT and share this code with them and they will help you gain access to LOKE Manager.
- After successfully being authorized, please close LOKE Manager, close any instances of the Microsoft Edge browser, and then reopen LOKE Manager.
