How to re-authorise your LOKE Add-on in Kounta Lightspeed

1. Log into your Kounta Lightspeed back-of-house
2. Select your site
3. Tap Integrations and then the Loyalty category
4. Tap LOKE > Disconnect button & Disable LOKE (Tidy) button
5. Connect button & Enable LOKE (Tidy) button

 You'll then be redirected to a LOKE page to authorise the add-on. If you can't recall that process check this out
