I forgot my LOKE Back Office password

If you find you've forgotten your password to log into your Back Office, use the Forgot Password function to create new log in credentials. 

  1. Go to the Log In screen
  2. Select Forgot Password
  3. Enter the email address you would usually log in with
  4. Head to your inbox & follow the instructions

If you did not receive the forgot password email please search your inbox for the following:
