Store Manager allows individual sites manage customer orders via a simple web browser. With Store Manager you will be able to;

I have been given a URL for Store Manager, what do I do?
The URL that you have given is to authenticate a device. Follow these simple steps to authenticate your device;
- Enter the URL into your web browser and you will get a code.
- Save this code and either sent it to your Account Manager or send it to LOKE Support
- As soon as the code has been authenticated, you will be able to see all the orders made to the site
How do I change wait times?
In the top right-hand side, you can select order type in the drop-down and increase or decrease wait times?
Select Pickup from the drop down and adjust the wait using the -5 mins or +5mins buttons.
The times will be adjusted on the customers device shown where they select Pickup ASAP.
Select Delivery and adjust the minimum and maximum wait times using the -5 mins or +5mins buttons.

How do I suspend ordering?
Suspend ordering for a particular order type is straightforward.
- Select from the drop-down and then hit the toggle on button. This will suspend ordering until 4 am for that order type.
How do I process a full refund?
1. Simply click on arrow the order you wish to refund
2. Hit the Reject button
3. Select a reason from the drop-down or enter your own reason and click on Confirm Rejection
The order will then be rejected and refunded to the customer
How do I process a partial refund?
Partial refunds can be processed by LOKE support. To request this, find the order that you want to a partial refund for and use the Get Support button for that particular transaction. Send a note to LOKE Support and let them know exactly how much the partial refund is for.
If you are contacting LOKE Support by email or by Live chat then you will need to use your unique store email address. This will validate the request. Send the details of the customer, the specific order and the value.
To get help for a particular transactions
1. Simple click on the order you wish to get further help by clicking on the arrow.
2. Click on the Get Support button on the top right-hand screen
3. Enter your email address and a clear description of the request. Then click on Send. This will send an email to our Support Team who will get in touch.
