Pay at Counter - App User's Flow

1. Order at the Counter:

• Complete your order with the staff at the counter as usual.

2. Prompted to Pay:

• Once your order is placed, the staff will provide you with a QR Code to scan for payment.

3. Scan QR Code:

• Use your mobile device to scan the provided QR Code.
• This will open the "PAY" screen, in your App.

4. Initiate Payment:

• Tap the "Pay" button to proceed.

5. Select Payment Method:

• You’ll be prompted to choose your preferred payment method:
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay

6. Tip Option:

• After selecting the payment method, a "Leave a Tip" screen will appear.
• You can either:
  • Choose an amount to leave as a tip.
  • Skip this step if you don’t wish to leave a tip.

7. Transaction Complete:

• Once the payment is confirmed, you’ll see a success message.

8. Loyalty Points Added:

• Any loyalty points accrued from the purchase will be automatically added to your account, and the reward cards will be updated on your home screen.
