What is the LOKE platform?
- The LOKE platform provides an online service for customers ordering and paying for food and drinks using either a mobile app that customers can download from the app stores or a web version where the customers can simply use via the browser.
- It is quick and easy to use and speeds up service for your customers leaving you to provide that extra level of care and serve more customers quickly.
- They can access the platform by searching for the organisation name in the app store or in some cases scanning a QR code that can be found on site.
- All customers will need to do is enter their email address and a magic link will be sent to them or they can create a profile through Google or Apple Login.
Why would customers use LOKE platform?
- Your customers earn points every time they use the LOKE platform to place an order.
- Points can then be converted into loyalty rewards for example discounts on a order or a item, swapping points for a credit value for example. The type of loyalty rewards that a customer can receive and use will depend upon what your Marketing Team has set-up per location. Any questions regarding promotions should be directed to your Head Office.
How does this all work then?
The Customer...
- Opens the app and selects the location they wish to order from. Usually this is defaulted to their nearest location.
- Select whether they wish to pick-up the order or have it delivered and a time.
- Add menu items to the basket.
- If the customer hasn't already registered an account they can enter an email address and a magic link will be sent via email. All they need to do is click on the link in the email. Alternatively, the customer is able to use Apple or Google login.
- Checkout using Google or Apple Pay if this is enabled, enter a card number or pay with cash.
-
The order is transmitted electronically to the kitchen where it is prepared and bagged up ready to hand over to the customer.
- With each transaction, the customer will receive loyalty points and be able to participate in a loyalty programme.
The Store...
- Will receive the order on the POS and the order ticket will be printed out and or shown on the KDS screens.
- Prepare the order and package it up ready for the customer to either pick it up or have it delivered.
